The V-SHARP® CLASSIC II ELITE is the same extremely popular Classic II with an added wooden base to make sharpening even easier! It uses two high quality, 325 grit diamond hones that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously using calibrated Spring Tension. I have used V-Sharp for many, many years now. Started with the original V-Sharp well over 15 years ago. Replaced hones several times. Even rebuilt it with genuine parts. Then I got the V-Sharp Classic II. I have 3 of them now, along with an XE and a Curve. Best product around. Gets all my knives razor sharp in just a few minutes with no problems in the least.
