The V-Sharp A4 Model is a Professional Knife Sharpener designed for the home, and the A4 Pro Pack includes everything to get a razor-sharp edge.

The A4 model uses the patented V-Sharp system with angle settings of 15, 20, 25 and 30 degrees to sharpen virtually any knife, and each sharpener has high-quality, diamond hones that sharpen both sides of the blade simultaneously.  It is the perfect diamond knife sharpener for home use, chefs, fishermen, and hunters.

Benefits

The benefit of the A4 Pro Pack is that it comes with all the hones available for the A4 model.

• Extra Coarse (270 grit) for re-profiling and re-working the edge of very dull knives.
• Coarse (325 grit) comes installed on the sharpener and is the starting point for most dull knives.
• Medium (600 grit) is a step up in polishing and will help in maintaining an established edge
• Fine (1000 grit) for the extra polish towards a razor-sharp edge
• Ceramic Hones for that final polish on standard blades in addition to sharpening serrated blades
• Hardened Polishing Steel included on the opposite side of the Coarse and Extra Coarse hones

The Coarse hone comes included and installed on every sharpener with the hardened polishing steel on the other side of the hone. The Ceramic and Extra Coarse hones come separately. The Medium and Fine hones come in one package and easily flip while sharpening.
